Quality Management

Visit project site as necessary to assess progress + quality control, and to deal with project issues as they arise

All parties on the team are responsible for the compliance to project documents and expectations

Procurement & Submittal

Kasher identifies long lead items and utilizes best practices to accommodate
Solicit proposals and coordinate selection of vendors, general contractors and sub-contractors.

Schedule Control

Gantt chart is created by Kasher, along with a three week look ahead. Updated daily and communicated weekly
The critical path method (CPM) is used when creating each of our project schedules

Reporting & Documentation

Weekly project status updates provided, inclusive of a project dashboard, change order logs and RFI logs.
Full project administration with ongoing budget and billing review, invoicing and payment management paid-to-date expenditures

Close Out

Kasher begins the close out process at the start of the project. This proactive approach saves valuable time once the project hits its final milestone
Develop a list of missing or incorrect items at project completion and then Kasher expedites completion of these items.
