Kasher helps clients define and achieve their project goals, while focusing on communication and accountability. Together, we determine the administrative requirements and strategies needed to have a successful project.

Logistics

  • Establish and utilize logistic and phasing plans

  • Coordinate and conduct walk throughs and site reviews

Communication

  • Kasher remains the primary point of contact for our client throughout the project, providing tailored and regular updates

  • Establish and understand all team stakeholder roles and responsibilities

  • Review timelines, scopes of work, and expectations

  • Lead and facilitate weekly meetings to identify and discuss project issues and looming deadlines

Quality Managment

  • Visit project site as necessary to assess progress + quality control, and to deal with project issues as they arise

  • Kasher focuses on two major factors to ensure quality: scheduling and method. 

Procurement

  • Kasher identifies long lead items and utilizes best practices to accommodate 

  • Solicit proposals and coordinate selection of vendors, general contractors and sub-contractors. 

  • Manage all aspects of FF&E

Schedule Control

  • Gantt chart is created by Kasher, along with a two week look ahead. Updated daily and communicated weekly

  • The critical path method (CPM) is used when creating each of our project schedules

Reporting and Documentation

  • Weekly project status updates provided, inclusive of a project dashboard, change order logs and RFI logs. 

  • Full project administration with ongoing budget and billing review, invoicing and payment management paid-to-date expenditures

Close Out 

  • Kasher begins the close out process at the start of the project. This proactive approach saves valuable time once the project hits its final milestone

  • Develop a list of missing or incorrect items at project completion and then Kasher expedites completion of these items.

  • A project binder, both physical and digital is created for each client
