Gantt chart is created by Kasher, along with a two week look ahead. Updated daily and communicated weekly

The critical path method (CPM) is used when creating each of our project schedules
Reporting and Documentation

Weekly project status updates provided, inclusive of a project dashboard, change order logs and RFI logs.

Full project administration with ongoing budget and billing review, invoicing and payment management paid-to-date expenditures
Close Out

Kasher begins the close out process at the start of the project. This proactive approach saves valuable time once the project hits its final milestone

Develop a list of missing or incorrect items at project completion and then Kasher expedites completion of these items.

A project binder, both physical and digital is created for each client
