Lincoln Heights is a 184-unit apartment community. Kasher represented the owner and lead the project team as they repositioned the asset profile by improving the current amenities, enhancing the curb appeal, property renovations, and correcting deferred maintenance

Kasher lead the project team as they implemented a strategic capital improvement plan to reposition the asset. This 76-unit complex was renovated to include a modern paint scheme, enhanced landscaping, updated office, pool area, outdoor lounge, and upgraded unit interiors with high- end finishes. Kasher represented the owner and managed the value add property project from concept through completion.
