As a Project Manager on your job we “own” the project, taking responsibility and initiative as necessary on a daily basis to do everything possible to achieve your desired cost, schedule, design intent and quality.

Allison has extensive experience in retail, office and residential interior development. In the last decade, Allison has taken projects from site selection through design, construction and installation. She has project managed over a million square feet, contributed to many residential community revitalizations along with countless specialty stores and custom homes.

 

She has completed projects throughout the United States, and prior to Kasher she honed her project management skills while working with Tishman Speyer, CBRE, and Gray West.

Today Allison works on projects of all scales focusing on accountability and responsiveness. She understands the design and construction industry, knows how to get straight to the heart of any issue, and always has a creative solution up her sleeve.
