Project Manager / Construction Manager

Tenant improvement of an existing two-story office suite including minor layout modifications, demolition of select interior walls, and installation of new partitions, finishes, furniture systems, and window coverings. Scope also includes adding two security airlocks (one exterior, one interior) and reworking mechanical, electrical, and lighting systems to support the updated layout, while maintaining the existing building structure, use, and core infrastructure.
