Interior tenant improvement converting a 2,953 SF former retail space into a full-service spa. Scope included demolition of the existing retail layout and buildout of four treatment rooms, three massage rooms, a sauna, quiet room, manicure and pedicure areas, reception, office, and restrooms, with full MEP, finishes, and lighting coordination throughout.
