Provided specialty consulting services during the pre-construction and design phases for Eagle Lake, a 39-unit upscale residential condominium development spanning 6 acres in the heart of Whitefish, Montana. The project includes 2, 3, and 3+ bedroom units across five buildings with high-end finishes, custom cabinetry, private heated garages, and shared amenities including landscaped pathways, communal fire pits, and a private water feature with docks.

Supported design package development and managed the general contractor selection process.
