Renovation of an existing 2,942 SF office suite to create a modern workplace environment, including a reconfigured layout with open office areas, meeting rooms, enclaves, a break room, wellness room, and support spaces. Scope included new partitions, millwork, finishes, and lighting, along with reworked mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems to support the updated design while maintaining existing building infrastructure.
