Full-property renovation of a four-story Residence Inn by Marriott, executed per Marriott's PIP requirements. Public space scope included the lobby, breakfast room, board/meeting rooms, elevators and elevator lobbies, public restrooms, exercise room, pool/spa, guest laundry, and corridors/stairwells, with guestroom and guestroom bathroom renovations across all four floors. Work included interior painting, wall vinyl and carpet installation, FF&E installation (banquet seating, case goods, lighting, artwork, and fitness equipment), stairwell and railing painting, and exterior site refresh.
