This project is a tenant improvement and expansion of an existing back-of-house kitchen. The scope includes selective demolition of existing elements (walls, flooring, equipment, and doors) and construction of a reconfigured kitchen layout with updated finishes, partitions, millwork, and systems. Work also involves structural modifications, new stairs and framing, upgraded ceiling systems, and coordination of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing throughout.
