Project Manager / Construction Manager

This project is a tenant improvement of a 3,703 SF medical office suite within an existing building, converting the space into a functional outpatient clinic. The scope includes selective demolition of existing walls, flooring, ceilings, fixtures, and millwork, followed by a full interior buildout with new exam rooms, lab, ultrasound, offices, waiting areas, and support spaces. Work also involves new partitions, millwork with sinks, LVT flooring, updated finishes, and reconfiguration of existing electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems while maintaining portions of the existing infrastructure.
